Vertical tooth preparation technique in aesthetic zone: Report of two patients

چکیده
Abutments can be prepared in fixed dental prosthesis using horizontal and vertical preparation techniques. In abutments are without a finish line by introducing diamond rotary instrument into the sulcus to eliminate cementoenamel junction creating new prosthetic junction. Vertical technique allows us retrieve biologically compromised situations. With preparations over contoured provisional crowns, one control zenith positions thicken gingival biotypes. This time gives long lasting, stable tissue aesthetics around definitive restorations. article describes 2 patients whose were 12 months follow up for restoration of teeth aesthetic zone. provides feather edge with interaction between preparation, gingiva aid thickening adaptation (CEJ) achieving soft stability term.
